What companies want to know before they hand over any part of their technology.
What does managed technology actually cover?
Roadmap and architecture, cloud infrastructure and deployments, monitoring and uptime, vendor and tooling costs, and the everyday digital presence of the business. In practice, everything technical that would otherwise land on a founder.
Is this the same as an outsourced CTO?
It overlaps. You get the decision making a CTO would provide, plus the engineers to carry the decisions out, without hiring either.
Can you manage technology we did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit of what exists, including accounts, costs and risks, and hand you that document regardless of whether you continue with us.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We work with companies in the United States and in India, and the managed engagements are run remotely either way.
What happens if we want to bring it in house later?
You should be able to. Access, runbooks and decisions are documented as we go, so a handover is a transfer rather than an excavation.
